Job Title: Account Manager Agronomy

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager Agronomy. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional knowledge of agronomic practices, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on fertiliser, nutrient, and soil management to farmers, ensuring they achieve optimal crop yields while maintaining sustainable agricultural practices.

  • You will engage with growers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recommendations to address environmental and seasonal challenges affecting crop production.
  • Your expertise will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving increased productivity and profitability for our clients.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of agronomic principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance
  • A driver's license and forklift license (an advantage)
