About Us

We are seeking a Senior Agronomist Manager to join our team in Albury, NSW. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional to develop strong customer relationships and provide agronomic support to farmers and producers in the region.

The focus of this role will be on providing technical advice and sales support for fertilizers, seeds, and chemicals applicable to broadacre cropping.

In addition to developing long-term client relationships and increasing productivity, profitability, and sustainability of farming enterprises, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, targeting new clients, and staying up-to-date with latest plant production practices.

  • A tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field is essential.
  • You will have a minimum 4-5 years building enduring and successful partnerships with customers, delivering appropriate agronomic advice and service.
  • History of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products and application.
  • You will demonstrate excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
