We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to design and deliver innovative educational programs that enhance neonatal nursing practices.

This pivotal role involves guiding new staff through onboarding and ongoing professional development, while fostering collaboration and expertise within the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver educational programs for neonatal nursing staff.
  • Guide and mentor staff during onboarding and professional development.
  • Support evidence-based clinical practice and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with full registration and relevant post-registration qualifications or experience.
  • Post-graduate qualification in education or willingness to work towards one.
