Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Partner

This transport business is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture function. Supporting a dedicated client group, you will continue to drive capability, continuous improvement and people management for this organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with a core client group to provide advisory support and strategic guidance to the Management team that aims to build capability;
  • SUPPORTING THE ROLL OUT OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES INCLUDING HR PROJECTS, EMPLOYEE WELLBEING, ORGANISATIONAL REDesign, HEALTH & SAFETY, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT;
  • Managing ER matters and investigations surrounding absenteeism, underperformance, mental health and fraud while mitigating risk and following procedural fairness;
  • Leading cyclical activities including remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, development plans and corporate recruitment.

To be successful in this position, you will offer:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with previous HR Business Partnering experience;
  • Proven ability to handle complex HR matters independently;
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and partner with key senior stakeholders with the capability to advise and influence;
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and part of a broader HR team;
  • Possess a fantastic attitude that reflects an eagerness to grow and progress within the business.

Salary package circa $110,000 - $130,000 base salary Located in Sydney's North-West Transport organisation This role is a true business partnering role with a broad scope allowing the opportunity to work with your client group to deliver strategic initiatives.
