Parts and Accessories Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Parts and Accessories Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Parts department by handling customer inquiries, ordering parts, and organizing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries regarding spare parts via phone or in person.
  • Source and order parts for urgent matters and situations as required.
  • Administer quotations and associated paperwork to ensure accurate pricing, ordering, dispatching, and invoicing of parts.
  • Develop business through sales and promotion of spare parts to customers.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to promote the sale of spare parts.
  • Organize and maintain all parts data, contributing to simplified stock management and improved customer service.
  • Participate in and assist with inventory audits to verify actual stock levels against system records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive environment, preferably in spare parts and accessories.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the sector, with a strong preference for European-made vehicles, including VW, Audi, and Porsche.
  • Proven inventory management skills, highlighting organizational abilities.
