**About the opportunity**

As our **Postal Transport Coordinator**, you'll assist with the management the operations of a shift including work scheduling, resource allocation, staff management and customer relationships.

**You'll also**
- Allocate vehicles in accordance with defined schedules.
- Coordinate additional customer pick ups, stock and ULD deliveries
- Use FSL (Salesforce) to allocate work and customer collections
- Provide assistance to ensure recovery activities are initiated in the event of breakdowns, accidents or other events, which impact on service
- delivery.
- Pro-actively identify and report opportunities for improved customer service.
- Ability to maintain and input data into transport system data bases, and provide reports
- Deal with breaches to Australia Post policies, procedures and behavioural issues as they occur.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce the organisations objectives in OH&S.
- Assist where required in safety investigations and observations

- Hold a relevant heavy vehicle license (HR & above)
