Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual with a strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes.

The role is to provide efficient and accurate support in the management of Defence inventory, equipment, and stores to ensure operational readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Assembly Parts List (APL) and Outfit Allowance List (OAL) validation and approval processes;
  • Conducting ERP Material Master Data Management activities;
  • Coordinating the receipt and verification of store room items, OAL, and depot spares from contractors;
  • Developing and implementing logistics reports;
  • Overseeing the OAL/APL MC Catalogue codification requests to the National Codification Bureau;
  • Ensuring LIMS/ERP entry accuracy;
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to project team members.
About Our Team

We are working on the Hunter Class Frigate (HCF) project, one of Australia's largest shipbuilding projects.

We are collaborating with experts from the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe to deliver six frigates optimised for anti-submarine warfare to the Royal Australian Navy.
