About the Role

The National Hardware Manager is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Equipment sales professional to join their Sydney team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding market presence, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Brand Representation: Represent multiple major brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand standards and values. Promote brand awareness and drive demand for products across the region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas. Provide insights and recommendations to the National Hardware Manager for strategic decision-making.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favourable terms and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the National Hardware Manager and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Benefits and Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary package of AUD 80,000 - AUD 110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career advancement within a growing organisation. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experiences with printing and/or signwriting machinery/equipment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented approach to identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational skills with effective management of multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Australian printing/signwriting market and key industry players is highly desirable.
