About the Role

KBR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Services Manager to lead our team in managing the Government work order management process. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of dining services, custodial services, transportation, and hospitality functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide on-call support to ensure 24/7 operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain on-site facilities, including dining facilities, custodial services, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage and maintain records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Possess an active Secret Security Clearance or Host Nation NV-1 Clearance.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
  • A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in Food Services or Hospitality service.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models.
  • Experience providing high-quality customer service.
  • Experience managing help desk services and work order management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing dining services, custodial services, and hospitality functions.
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable environmental health and safety practices across responsible work areas.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to, project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics.
