About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Manager to join our team at KBR, Inc. in Alice Springs, Australia. As a Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Government work order management process, overseeing a team of specialists, and ensuring the provision of high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage and maintain a dining facility in accordance with Host Nation health and sanitation standards for food preparation and handling.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Conduct all cleaning of food preparation and food service areas in accordance with Host Nation Health Code regulations.
  • Catering Services: Provide catering service for official and VIP events.
  • Vending Machine Management: Maintain, stock, and manage site vending machines in accordance with the appropriate Host Nation health and sanitation standards for food preparation and handling.
  • Waste Management: Collect, stage, pick-up, and conduct off-site disposal of all trash (Classified & Unclassified), construction material, and recycling.
  • Custodial Services: Manage custodial cleaning services.
  • ATM Management: Manage and maintain on-site ATMs in coordination with the local banking institute.
  • Team Leadership: May provide work direction and communicate effectively with diverse teams, responding to questions, and solving a range of operational issues.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Possess an active Secret Security Clearance, or Host Nation NV-1 Clearance.
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
  • Supervisory Experience: A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in Food Services or Hospitality service.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of process improvement models, experience providing high-quality customer service, experience managing help desk services and work order management systems, demonstrated experience in managing dining services, custodial services, and hospitality functions, and proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts.
