Job Title: Clinical Director, Residential Care Facility
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced nurse to drive clinical leadership, direction, and best practice clinical care to ensure optimised health outcomes across our 120-bed facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a culture focusing on high-quality person-centred and holistic care.
- Provide clinical leadership that seeks to optimise independence and health outcomes.
- Deliver quality activities that optimise resident outcomes and comply with accreditation standards.
- Drive effective and accurate clinical documentation that complies with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) guideline.
- Develop a learning culture that focuses on communication and collaboration.
- Actively monitor service performance, finding opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Postgraduate qualification and/or relevant experience in Aged Care will be highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of the AN-ACC, Aged Care Act, and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards and competencies.
- Proven leadership skills in effective staff development, retention, and management.
- A resident-focused mindset that seeks continuous improvement.
