Permanent Full-Time Position for Clinical Care Supervisor

As a Clinical Care Supervisor, you will collaborate with the primary care team to deliver exceptional support to our residents, focusing on personalized care that enhances their overall well-being. You will lead a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering an environment of learning, support, and leadership to elevate the standard of service provided to our residents.

In partnership with your General Manager, you will ensure that care governance and quality standards are maintained through effective processes that comply with both internal and external auditing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the sustainability and development of services through effective management of funding, care planning, and community involvement. Oversee all clinical operations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Deliver high-quality care services and uphold professional standards. Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives across all clinical and lifestyle services. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation. Coordinate and facilitate all scheduled audits and clinical performance indicators. Maintain resident health records and clinical documentation to ensure relevance and accuracy. Adhere to and monitor best practice guidelines for medication management.

About You

As a key member of the operational leadership team, you will bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications or recognized equivalent. Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body as a registered nurse. Previous experience in a senior clinical role within the healthcare sector, particularly in aged care. Proven leadership and influencing capabilities. Strong understanding of care assessment processes in the aged care sector and familiarity with funding models. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in utilizing a variety of IT applications.

To work in residential aged care, you will be required to undergo background checks, provide necessary clearances, and demonstrate compliance with health regulations.
