We are seeking experienced and qualified Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Signature Care - Residential Aged Care. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day clinical care and leadership to our residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Enrolled Nurse role in aged care or acute sector
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
