We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with program managers and project managers to monitor and update programs and projects to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • This includes formulating and developing advanced scheduling methodologies that provide ongoing workflow for overall work programs.
  • Maintaining the Master Schedule for the program/projects is also a key responsibility.
  • Candidates must be able to coordinate inter-project dependencies and resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Additionally, they will assist in validating and tracking project delivery activities to ensure compliance with management systems.
  • Effective collaboration with program managers and project managers is essential to create schedules and ensure proper planning prior to commencement of work.
Essential Criteria:
  • A proven track record of experience in program or project scheduling within complex, multi-project environments is required.
  • Candidates should possess strong proficiency in scheduling tools and an ability to analyze and interpret resource data to generate actionable insights.
  • High-level time management skills are essential to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks of differing priority.
  • A solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2 is necessary.
  • Experience in governance and compliance related to scheduling and resource management is highly valued.
