Seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Scheduler. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving project progress and milestones through effective scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) aligned with industry standards.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of CASG project Integrated Master Schedules across multiple Projects.
  • Prepare schedule reports, including cartoon schedules, for estimates and reporting meetings.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to project schedules.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to CASG project management personnel on current industry best practice schedule tools and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above.
  • Proficiency in using the Open Plan Professional (OPP) tool.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting on CASG schedules is desirable.
  • Able to work autonomously and meet demanding milestones.
  • AU Working rights and Security Clearance required.
