Job Overview

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven leadership skills that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in kitchen administration and cost management.
