Culinary Operations Manager

Take charge of a brand-new kitchen and bring flavour, leadership and heart to your role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare nutritious and enjoyable meals for residents in a full-time Monday-to-Friday role.
  • Develop menus in consultation with residents, dietitians, RNs and General Managers to ensure high nutrition and hydration standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident needs, preferences and assistive devices.
  • Implement, deliver, monitor and evaluate the Food Safety Program to ensure compliance with formal accreditation standards.
  • Lead, coach and support catering staff to deliver consistent quality service and foster teamwork within the catering department.

As a strong leader, you will motivate, mentor and support a diverse team while maintaining high standards and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • Trade Cook Certificate or equivalent.
  • Food Handling Course.
  • Current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate.
  • Experience in hospitality.
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
  • NDIS Screening Check.
