The Food and Beverage Manager is a hands-on leadership position that oversees the effective operation of F&B outlets. This role enables you to enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product knowledge, and exceptional standards of delivery and professionalism.

  • Ensure a high level of guest experience is provided in the venues, being professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient">
  • Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow">
  • Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to assist in maximising revenue and minimising costs">

About You:

You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to lead, mentor, and encourage your team. Your thorough understanding of RSA compliance and RSA Certificate will enable you to create a safe environment for guests and team members.

As a seasoned Food & Beverage leader, preferably in high-volume bars, restaurants, or hotels, you will demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire teams. Strong communication skills will be essential in effortlessly connecting with diverse guests to create memorable experiences.
