Lead Food Service Operations

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the efficient delivery and supervision of all activities in our food services department.

  • This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, supervising daily operations, and ensuring that all meals are prepared and served to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities to achieve a high standard and optimize customer hospitality experience
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout the food services department
  • Manage staff rosters, ensure adequate staffing levels, and provide training and support as needed
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
