Our multidisciplinary team delivers Allied Health services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy.

We are seeking an exceptional Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting NDIS participants to manage challenging behaviours and enhance their quality of life
- Conducting thorough assessments to understand behaviour triggers and identify risks
- Developing Behaviour Support Plans and providing support to families and/or carers
- Maintaining a caseload with ongoing monitoring and support
- Establishing meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework
- Ensuring individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions and strengths
- Building the knowledge and capacity of those who support participants
- Acting as an advocate and role model for best practice
- Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
