We are committed to empowering people with disability to live life on their own terms. To support this mission, we are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide clinical expertise and support to clients in various Disability programs.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing assessments, designing and delivering interventions and strategies to enhance the quality of life for individuals with a disability. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home for most of your week while also requiring travel to clients in Brisbane and surrounding areas of Queensland.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in allied health professions such as Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or equivalent experience that meets the requirements of the NDIS Commission PBS Capability Framework. A registered behaviour support practitioner who has self-assessed through the NDIS Commission Capability Framework, preferably at proficient level or above, is also essential.

The successful candidate will be part of a National Behaviour Intervention Support team, receiving ongoing support and guidance to effectively assess, design, evaluate and monitor behaviour support plans and interventions.
