Job Opportunity: Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Events Coordinator to join our team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up events, coordinating with the Head of Sales & Events and Restaurant Manager, and ensuring that client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up event spaces and ensure floor plans are followed
  • Collaborate with Events Executive to ensure smooth event operations
  • Oversee the overall event experience
  • Communicate with kitchen and other team members on key details such as dietaries and time frames
  • Upsell services to clients where possible
  • Reset event spaces for the next event and present them immaculately at all times
  • Update reporting systems to ensure accurate records
  • Support Restaurant Manager with daily opening and closing procedures

About You:

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, previous supervisory or senior restaurant experience, and excellent accuracy and attention to detail. If you have a passion for service and events, we encourage you to apply.
