The Opportunity

As an Events Coordinator Trainee, you'll be the mastermind behind our exciting events, from concept to execution. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, ensuring seamless event coordination, customer interactions, and top-tier support for clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare for events: mapping out setup, booking travel, and managing event logistics
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks (invoices, event orders, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and event organizers
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and productivity
- Collaborate with the events team and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
