Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, this role is responsible for generation of customer and portfolio insights across Latitude Financial Services, as well as the end to end delivery of campaigns, including pre-analysis, execution, performance review and fulfilment if necessary.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Insights & Campaign Execution
- Generate analytical insights from LFS customer base and product portfolios, to support business initiatives, solve business problems and drive incremental value to the business
- Campaign execution including both ad-hoc and BAU campaigns, for all the portfolios within LFS, keep campaign contact history up to date and complete the fulfilment process as required.
- Improve the ROI for Marketing Campaigns for both prospecting, cross-sell and lifecycle marketing, through the provision of pre-campaign targeting, campaign execution and post implementation reviews
- Technical SME for executing / managing data driven campaigns
- Technical SME for both digital and traditional campaign execution channels
- Technical SME for campaign engine optimization and automation.
- Adhere to Data Governance Policies

Stakeholder management
- Liaise closely with the internal teams from the business to define requirements for analytics tasks and campaign activities.
- Liaise with external vendors for analytics and campaign activities

Ideally, we're looking for the following:
Experience & Knowledge
- Educated to minimum of degree level or higher in Statistics, Engineering or other numerate related discipline
- Fluent in SQL, and experience in management of large datasets to ensure integrity, quality, accuracy of data for analysis
- Demonstrated ability with CDP tools such as Salesforce DataCloud is a bonus, however not essential
- Demonstrated ability with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Datorama
- Logical thinker, strong analytical and mathematical skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to undertake data and statistical analysis.
- Ability to share analytical findings using a visualisation tool.
- Commercial acumen in the interpretation of data and development of data-based solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven capability to articulate and present complex information
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
