Partnership Development Role

This role is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Key skills include relationship management, customer engagement, and process orientation.

  • Support the Director of Marketing and Partnerships in active day-to-day account management to anticipate and meet partners' business needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver to partners' queries and requests.
  • Execute initiatives and identify further opportunities in cultivating meaningful partner and member engagement to drive membership activation and top of mind awareness.
  • Build regular review materials to assess partnerships performance and deliver membership activity insights.
  • Produce business development materials and assist in developing value propositions to prospecting partner opportunities.
