Regional Youth Support Partnership Coordinator

About this Role
As a Regional Youth Support Coordinator, you will oversee the implementation of the Youth Support Coordinator Initiative across the region.
You will have strong relationship-building skills, establish effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and support the development of youth support coordinators.
We are seeking someone with experience working with at-risk or disengaged students and families, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with families, schools, and external partners.
Demonstrated cultural competency, especially when working with First Nations students and diverse backgrounds, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a system of professional supervision in collaboration with school principals to ensure high-quality youth support services within schools.
- Support the growth and development of youth support coordinators.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with at-risk or disengaged students and families.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated cultural competency.
