Job Description

As a Regional Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing your assigned region as if it were your own business. You will take ownership of our Neurosurgical portfolio across Southern QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and market share by achieving revenue targets and profit objectives.
  • Provide clinical support to nurse and surgeon customers within the operating theatre setting.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with customers and work complex deals from conception through to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accounts receive the highest service quality.
  • Strategically partner with other divisions to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Solve business and product queries, combining creative thinking with commercial acumen.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
  • Customer-centricity and commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.
  • Data analysis skills for planning, forecasting, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both public and private hospital sectors (preferred).
  • Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to build relationships across hospital functions.
  • Experience with building and leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
