We are seeking an experienced professional to join our rapidly growing business. This is a commercially focused and analytical role, ideal for a finance or accounting professional with property or development experience, coupled with a strong understanding of project feasibilities and the development cycle.

This role will support the development team with detailed financial and feasibility models for development assets under capital partnerships, monthly review and validation of rebalanced feasibility cash flows at a project and portfolio level, and collaboration with the development team to align financial aspects with project delivery objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development team with detailed financial and feasibility models for development assets under capital partnerships
  • Monthly review and validation of rebalanced feasibility cash flows at a project and portfolio level
  • Collaborating with the development team to align financial aspects with project delivery objectives
  • In line with the annual Capital Partner reporting calendar, supporting the Development teams with reporting, and working in collaboration between Development, Finance and Investment Management to ensure optimal reporting outcomes
  • Conducting scenario testing and sensitivity analysis to inform commercial decisions throughout the development process

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance or Accounting
  • Strong commercial and financial acuity
  • 3+ years of property/development experience in financial modelling/feasibilities, working with large financial datasets and identifying trends and opportunities
  • Proven track record in an analytical role with property or development experience
  • Advanced financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis skills
