As part of that journey, the finance team is looking to hire top talent to support commercial decision-making, robust governance, and sustainable growth.About the role:This role sits within the property finance team of a leading ASX-listed property group and supports a high-performing portfolio.
Working closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers, you will deliver key insights across assets and funds, owning all property analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting to support commercial decisions and portfolio performance.Key responsibilities include:Conduct leasing analysis including NPV, IRR, cashflow forecasts, and valuation impact assessmentsPrepare internal property valuations and support broader valuation processes using MRI systemsProduce and coordinate financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic asset plansPartner with Asset, Property, and Operations Managers to provide high-quality financial analysis and insightsDrive reporting improvements and process enhancements to support operational growthAbout You:This position is ideal for a Property Analyst with experience, who is looking for mentorship, development, and to take the next step in a tier-one property environment.1-2+ years' experience in property analysis, valuations, or a related disciplineDegree in Commerce, Property Economics, or a similar fieldSolid understanding of property valuation and leasing fundamentalsProficient in financial modelling, lease deal analysis, and property forecastingAdvanced Excel skills; experience with MRI and Yardi systems is an advantageSeniority level Seniority level AssociateEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function Analyst and Accounting/AuditingIndustries Staffing and Recruiting and Real EstateReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at 4DTalent by 2xGet notified about new Property Analyst jobs in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia .
