**The company**
Our client is an iconic retailer with 500 stores and seeking a Financial Lease Administrator/Property Analyst to manage all the leases nationally across the portfolio.

**The role**
This position is responsible for ensuring accurate lease management of the company's leasehold portfolio. In this role your duties will include:

- Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations
- Inputting new leases into the LeaseEagle system
- Updating landlord information
- Auditing leases and payments
- Reporting
