Financial Analyst - Property Portfolio Expert
Role OverviewThis is a key position in our organisation that requires a highly skilled financial analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to drive business decisions and improve asset performance.
- Develop and implement financial models to measure and enhance portfolio returns.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyse and interpret large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of property/asset level drivers and their impact on financial performance.
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in Yardi an advantage.
