Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking a senior technical leader to spearhead the development of our embedded Linux operating system. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing system software on various CPU architectures, such as ARM, RISC-V, and X86.
- You will lead a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development
- Demonstrate sound engineering principles by directly contributing toward your team's goals
- Support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs
- Effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
This role demands a high degree of technical and management skill. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers, as well as solid knowledge of Linux and modern GNU/Linux distributions.

Skill Requirements:
- Extensive experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers
- Solid knowledge of Linux and modern GNU/Linux distributions
- Strong understanding of embedded software development
- Experience with Golang, C/C++, and Shell scripting
