Job Title

About The Role

This role involves managing multiple technical/project teams and driving IT excellence while ensuring alignment with business goals. Strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Lead and manage multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Techical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading multiple technical/project teams.
  • 6 years Software Development experience (preferably in Java Development).
  • Experience managing remote/offshore teams.
  • Must be amenable to work CEST.
