Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field, along with contract administration skills.
  • Familiarity with contract requirements, standards, and policies, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.

  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as steel toe cap boots will be necessary.
