About the Opportunity

Join a talented team at TikTok as a Project Management Intern in AI Data. We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to help drive our projects forward.

The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team at TikTok is responsible for ensuring product security and fostering a positive environment for content creation and community engagement.

In this role, you'll have the chance to contribute to impactful short-term projects, gain valuable on-the-job experience, and develop essential skills in a fast-paced work setting.

Our Safety Operations team focuses on international product safety and related model data labelling to enhance business performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting labeling projects: Ensure efficiency and quality by monitoring key project metrics.
  • Progress analysis: Use business platforms and other tools to analyze project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Regular project updates: Enhance the project experience in our business domain.
  • Data-driven decisions: Collaborate with the team to analyze project data and inform data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

We're looking for:

  • Actively enrolled university students: University students who can commit to the role for at least 3 months and above ideally with a minimum of 4 working days per week.
  • Quick learners: Ability to rapidly understand and grasp business knowledge and model training processes.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong communication and written skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills: Good data analysis and project management skills.
  • Collaborative skills: Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural/international and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you had:

  • Social content expertise: Solid interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends.
  • Project management skills: Solid interest in project management and a keen eye for emerging social trends.

Estimated salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year.
