- We coordinate logistics, regional reporting, and communication procedures for safety, asset management, fleet management, and accommodation across the region.
- We manage the administration and onboarding of Volunteers engaged in the regional program.
- We act as a centralised point of contact for all regional field-facing activities in the Kimberley region.
- We have exceptional planning and organisational skills, including demonstrated ability to prioritise and execute a large number of tasks in an efficient manner.
- We have excellent people management skills, including proven ability leading, recruiting, developing, managing, and coordinating remote teams of staff, rangers, contractors, and volunteers.
- We have good relationship-building, collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders, including colleagues, Indigenous partners and communities, pastoralists, Government agencies, scientific communities, and other conservation and land management organisations.
- We develop and operate within an agreed operational plan for the management area.
- We code and track expenditure.
- We prepare written financial and operational reports.
- We develop, implement, and roll out systems and processes as required to support the delivery of our conservation programs.
The successful applicant must be physically capable of performing duties that include lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling loads, bending, climbing, and driving vehicles over long distances. The role involves travel to and working from remote locations in the Kimberley region.
