The Kimberley Region is a vast and intricate landscape known for its breathtaking beauty and rich cultural heritage. This region offers numerous opportunities to explore and appreciate the natural and cultural wonders of the area.
We are seeking an experienced Conservation Professional to join our team in the Yawuru Marine and Conservation parks. As a key member of our team, you will participate in a range of activities related to conservation, park management, and wildlife preservation.
- Prescribed Burning: Participate in controlled burns to maintain the ecological balance of the region.
- Wildlife Management: Assist in the protection and conservation of native flora and fauna.
- Park Infrastructure: Contribute to the construction and maintenance of park infrastructure, including visitor facilities and trails.
- Tourism Support: Provide support for tourism and recreational activities within the park.

Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Aboriginality: Be of Aboriginal descent or identify as an Aboriginal person.
- Experience in Conservation: Have experience working in conservation, park management, or a related field.
- Manual Skills: Possess manual skills and ability to participate in physically demanding activities.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
