Academic Position in Management

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team at The University of Newcastle's Business School. As a Lecturer in Management, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Research: Deliver high-quality teaching in management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and conduct research in management, aiming for national and international recognition.
- Industry Connections: Build industry connections to support innovative research, knowledge exchange, work-integrated learning, and graduate employment opportunities.
- Academic Service: Co-supervise PhD students and contribute to the academic community through service and leadership.
- Qualifications: PhD in management or a related area.
- Teaching Experience: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver quality teaching at undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate levels.
- Research Record: A research record of high-quality publications, including international and national research collaborations, and an ability to achieve national recognition in your research area.
- Supervision Skills: Skills in active supervision of honours, masters, and/or Higher Degree by Research postgraduate research projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborative and team-oriented, willing to work with colleagues and industry partners to advance the discipline.
- Remuneration: The remuneration for this position is Level B $112,717 - $133, % superannuation.
