About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer in Management and Innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, and developing industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching in Management and Innovation at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Develop innovative course materials, integrating Work Integrated Learning and Authentic Assessment components.
  • Conduct impactful research, aiming for national and international recognition.
  • Build industry connections to support innovative research, knowledge exchange, work-integrated learning, and graduate employment opportunities.
  • Co-supervise PhD students and contribute to the academic community through service and leadership.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a PhD in Management or a related area, and relevant experience in teaching and research. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of engagement with industry stakeholders, curriculum design, and grant applications.
