We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at In Kehna, a leading provider of healthcare services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Provide expert occupational therapy services to adults, children, and young people, including assessment, intervention, and education
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain partnerships that support the delivery of our services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service development initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, including data collection and analysis, to inform service development and improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing OT services to NDIS participants, including experience working with adults and children
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
  • Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities
  • Knowledge of diverse cultures and community needs
