As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging experiences and building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the community.
- Develop and implement enriching programs based on child preferences, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
- Support the development of our team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with schools and parents to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to inform our program delivery.
- Play and engage with primary school-aged children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and take ownership of specific projects or initiatives.
You will work Monday to Friday in split shifts from 7:00am-9:00am and 2:45pm-6:15pm, totaling 27.5 hours per week.
