Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Create Welcoming Spaces - Build safe, supportive environments where children feel confident, cared for, and inspired to explore.
- Lead Fun & Creative Activities - Plan and run engaging experiences that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
- Connect with Families & Teams - Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a true sense of community.
- Support Wellbeing & Growth - Champion each child's health, development, and overall wellbeing every day.
- Collaborate & Contribute - Work together with your team to deliver programs shaped by children's voices, interests, and ideas.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
- Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
