Children's Experience Team Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our Before & After School Care team at Avondale Heights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care.
- Create and implement enriching experiences based on children's preferences.
- Ensure program compliance and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community.
- Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
- Develop Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
Key Qualifications:
- A passion for working with kids and a positive attitude.
- Strong team player with leadership skills.
- Keen to learn and develop skills in the industry.
- Outstanding communication skills and customer focus.
- An ACECQA recognised qualification or willingness to undertake traineeship.
