We're seeking a Permanent Coordinator for our Avondale Heights program.

Hours:

  • Morning: 7:15 am – 9:15 am
  • Afternoon: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Plus: 3 admin hours weekly

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Create Inspiring Spaces – Provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
  • Lead Learning & Play – Plan and deliver activities that spark curiosity, creativity, and skill development.
  • Build Connections – Develop positive relationships with children, families, and your team.
  • Champion Well-being – Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of every child in your care.
  • Lead & Support Your Team – Guide and mentor a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
  • Australian work rights
  • Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
