Are you a friendly, caring, and enthusiastic qualified educator with a passion for working with young children?

Innova Academy Childcare Centre is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or permanent casual capacity (5 to 7.5 hours per day).

Our boutique 40-place centre in Heidelberg Heights provides a warm, nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, and we're looking for an educator who shares our commitment to high-quality care and early learning.

What We're Looking For:

We want educators who are:

  • Passionate about working with children aged 0–5 years.
  • Dedicated to providing quality care and education.
  • Committed to creating a nurturing and safe learning environment.
  • Eager to foster creativity, contribute to programming, and support their team.

Key Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in child development and early learning.
  • ACEQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Certificate III).
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Current Child Protection Training.
  • Aware of the child Safe Standard
  • Food Handling certification.
  • Recent Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
