Contract Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work on high-end multi-residential projects in Melbourne.

  • Negotiating and letting sub-contracts through to final account is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Coordinating procurement and tender processes is another critical aspect of the job.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all subcontractors and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and monitoring performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 2 years experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Proven experience working on high-end multi-residential projects in Melbourne

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient across a range of construction and finance software
