Project Manager Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex architectural builds, collaborating with a Director and a capable delivery team while shaping the process from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver high-end residential projects over $5 million or technically complex builds in the commercial or multi-residential sector.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborating with clients and architects to achieve project objectives.
  • Managing site control and client-facing skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • A minimum of five years as a PM locally, delivering high-end residential projects over $5 million or technically complex builds in the commercial or multi-residential sector.
  • Strong buildability expertise, client focus, and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and architects, supported by a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager, and labour team.
  • Proven ability to exceed project expectations and drive results-oriented cultures.
