About Our Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke, design-driven apartment developments across Melbourne's inner suburbs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will prepare, issue and manage head contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to support seamless project delivery and administer variations, progress claims and EOTs with timeliness and precision.
  • Maintain up-to-date contract documentation and work in tandem with the Project Manager to monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory and safety requirements throughout the build process.
About You
  • You will possess a Diploma of Building & Construction or similar qualification and have at least 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in high-end apartment construction.
  • Proven background in delivering architecturally designed, high-spec residential or boutique multi-residential projects is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Australian construction contracts is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to thrive in a collaborative environment.
