Job Description

As a skilled Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-end apartment developments across Melbourne's inner suburbs.

Working closely with a collaborative project team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage of the build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage head contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Administer variations, progress claims, and EOTs with accuracy and timeliness
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support seamless project delivery
  • Ensure contract documentation is maintained and up-to-date
  • Work in tandem with the Project Manager to monitor budgets, forecasts, and cashflow
  • Drive compliance with regulatory and safety requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Building & Construction or similar qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction of high-end apartments
  • Proven background in delivering architecturally designed, high-spec residential or boutique multi-residential projects
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, design-focused environment
