Job Description

This role involves delivering second-line support for a diverse portfolio of business applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the application support manager to ensure corporate teams, franchisees, and international customers can effectively utilize these applications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance on queries from franchisees, both locally and internationally, as well as in corporate offices.
  • Register, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and requests using service management systems through to resolution.
  • Assist in identifying and diagnosing underlying causes of recurring problems.
  • Coordinate requests for application enhancements from the business and escalate them accordingly.
  • Document and update application support procedures and instructions.
About You

You will bring experience from an IT-based role where you have consistently delivered exceptional customer service and demonstrated a passion for achieving excellent outcomes.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Experience operating in an IT service management system, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Experience in supporting business management solutions, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Ability to effectively learn and support software upgrades, as well as implement new applications.
